Employees engaged in residential construction activities worked from the first level roof and were not protected from falls by use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system, on or about 09/09/2022. Living Well Remodeling was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518636, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/01/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 252 E.
