29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):Circular handfed ripsaw was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. On or about September 8, 2022 employees were exposed to amputation hazards while using table #1 saw to rip cut pieces of wood and the employer does not ensure that the blade was guarded.
