29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. At the jobsite located 1865 S Bedford St. in Wichita, KS 67207: employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the working surface to the interior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
