Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a)   On or about 09/08/2022,at site located on 898 Spencerport Road, in Rochester,  New York, the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection for its employees working on a elevated surface 12 feet above lower levels.  The employer allowed employees to perform framing work without fall protection exposing them to fall hazards.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
