29 CFR 1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw blade above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut: a) Jobsite located at 15 High St,�Phoenixville,�PA: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a Dewalt DWE7485 crosscut table saw in that the hood guard was not installed prior to use. Condition noted on or about the 2-week period of Oct. 26 - Sept. 9, 2022.
