29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) Location: a) basement level of worksite a) On or about 9/9/2022, an employee stood on the top of the 1st tier of the scaffold, approximately 6 feet above basement floor, to perform masonry bricklaying work on the buildings basement structure. All working levels of the scaffold were not fully planked or decked.
