The employees are exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty-five (25) feet to the ground level.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and/or were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: On or about September 9, 2022- employees performing roofing activities on a roof with a 4 x 12 pitch were exposed to fall hazards, due to both employee were connected to the same anchor point. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty-five (25) feet to the ground level.
