Employees did not have on a body belt or safety harness and lanyard and was exposed to a fall hazard.  (a)	At least one (1) employee inside the basket of the Genie lift, S-40, serial number 10196941 at the right side of the lot with the with the white liner paper. The employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 33-feet   (b)	At least two (2) employees inside the basket of the Genie lift, S-65XC, serial number 65849 at the left side of the lot with the blue liner paper.  The employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20-feet.
