29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(ii)(B): The circuits and equipment to be worked on were not disconnected from all electric energy sources: a. At a temporary worksite within a locomotive, located at or near 7460 Philips Highway in Jacksonville, Florida: On September 9, 2022, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards, in that circuits and equipment to be worked on were not disconnected from all electric energy sources, prior to employees installing a remote-control system that involved connecting circuitry from a 64-volt battery system to a 600-volt generator system.
