At 4832 NW 50th Terrace, Gainesville, FL: On or about August 25, 2022, the employer failed to report a work-related in-patient hospitalization of an employee to OSHA within 24 hours. The employer notified OSHA on September 2, 2022, of the in-patient hospitalization.
