29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.  a) Building Exterior: Employees were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard while engaged in painting activities from a pump jack scaffold that was 16 feet long. The end of the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform was able to support employees without tipping, the ladder jack scaffold had an 4 foot overhang over the support, on or about 9/10/22.
