1926.20(b)(2)  Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about 9/8/2022 off of 1400 Jaxon Drive, in the new Southern Oaks subdivision,  employees were  installing an 8-inch gravity fed sewer line in an excavation.  The spoil pile was located within 2-feet of the excavation on the south side.
