Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Roof; Smoking Shelter: On or about September 8, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 8-feet 9-inches, in that; no fall protection or adequate monitoring system was in use while working on a roof to install roofing materials.
