29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) At the facility, on or about September 7, 2022 - A suitable facility for flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Employees are exposed to corrosives including, but not limited to, Peraclean 15, containing Peracetic acid, Hydrogen Peroxide 34%, and ChemStation 3131, containing Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5%, when transferring chemicals from the 55-gallon drums.
