On or about September 12, 2022 an employee assisting with unloading a skid of glass products, weighing approximately 1065 lbs. from a forklift inside a trailer suffered injuries due to the load being unstable and toppling over onto him and the operator of the lift has not received workplace-related training for stabilizing loads of different compositions.
