Residential construction framing activities utilizing Liquid Nails solvent-based subfloor construction adhesive as floor and ceiling adhesive was found on jobsite at location above. Exposure to Liquid Nails solvent-based subfloor construction adhesive could result in eye pain or irritation, watering and redness. If inhaled, reduced fetal weight, increase in fetal deaths and skeletal malformations of the fetus could result in pregnant women. If in contact with skin, skin irritation, redness, dryness cracking could result. If ingested, reduced fetal weight, increase in fetal deaths and skeletal malformations of the fetus could result in pregnant women. This hazardous chemical is known to be a human carcinogen.  2. Residential construction framing activities utilizing DAP DYNAGRIP 4000 subfloor construction adhesive as floor and ceiling adhesive was found on jobsite at location above. Exposure to DAP DYNAGRIP 4000 subfloor construction adhesive could result in eye irritation, pain, tears, swelling, redness and blurred vision. If inhaled, vapors could cause irritation of the nose, lungs and respiratory tract. Inhalation of vapors in high concentration may cause shortness of breath (lung edema). Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal. If in contact with skin, irritation, dermatitis, drying and defatting could result. If ingested, it could be harmful or fatal if swallowed. Ingestion of this chemical could result in gastrointestinal disturbances with dizziness and central nervous system depression. Aspiration hazard if swallowed. Repeated or prolonged exposure may cause skin, respiratory, kidney and liver damage. May cause kidney and liver damage as well as developmental and reproductive toxicity. Prolonged or repeated inhalation of solvent vapors may cause irregular heartbeat.
