29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   a. On a 6:12 pitched roof, at a temporary residential worksite located at 711 Horseman Drive, Port Orange, Florida 32127:  On or about September 13, 2022, the employer exposed four employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees while nailing down roof shingles.  The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 8 to 16-foot 10-inches to the ground.
