29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) 9295 Ashland Avenue, Pensacola, Florida: Apartment Building 500: On or about September 14, 2022 and at times prior thereto; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards by allowing employees to walk/work on a balcony with an unprotected side or edge which was over 50 feet above a lower level without protecting employees from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
