29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017:  (a) Front yard, 5792 Salem Rd, Stone Mountain, GA: On or about September 10, 2022, an employee engaged in tree cutting and climbing was exposed to a fall hazard in excess of approximately 60-feet, in that training on the correct usage of a personal fall protection system and proper tie off techniques was not provided.
