29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about September 14, 2022, on the roof of a building, employees were engaged in framing the leading edge of a roof top storage area 6 feet or more above a lower level without a personal fall arrest system.
