OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet while using a material hoist as a means of access Location: 1330 Vernon St. Bridgewater, MA 02324 On September 14, 2022, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 16 feet to the ground where a materials hoist was being used as a personnel ladder.
