At a temporary worksite located at 1901 Cedar Cove Drive in Saint Augustine, Florida, 32086: On or about September 13, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation type hazards, in that the manufacture's blade guard was not installed on a Dewalt brand miter-type saw with a 12-inch blade, as employees used the saw to cut aluminum stock.
