29 CFR 1910.28(c)(1): Where employees are exposed to falling objects; the employer had not erected toe boards, installed screens or a guardrail system to prevent objects from falling to the lower level. (a) On or about September 8, 2022, and at times prior to that date, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards created by packages falling from an elevated working platform to the lower working surface, without the benefit of a protective barrier, or other means of preventing dropped packages from falling.
