29 CFR  1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(H): Employees shall be trained not to use gas-powered forklifts in closed environments and other areas where insufficient ventilation or poor vehicle maintenance could cause a buildup of carbon monoxide or diesel exhaust.     a) On or about September 19, 2022, on the Production Floor, the employer did not train workers operating powered industrial trucks on hazards associated with the buildup of carbon monoxide in inadequately ventilated environments.
