29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) On or about August 26, 2022, at 119 Oakfield Drive, Brandon, FL 33511, the employer failed to report to OSHA within 24-hours of a work-related in-patient hospitalization of an employee. The employer notified OSHA On August 29, 2022 of the inpatient hospitalization.
