29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(iv): A person was not designated to observe clearance of the equipment and give timely warning for all operations where it is difficult for the operator to maintain the desired clearance by visual means: a) Throughout the site, at 3002 Benton Grove Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322, on or about September 15, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer failed to provide a designated person to guide extended boom forklifts while traveling throughout the site, where there was pedestrian traffic and employees working.
