29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On the roof of building 900B, located at 3002 Benton Grove Blvd, Pooler, GA 3122, on or about September 15, 2022, and at times prior to, the controlling employer, J & T Woodworks Construction, Inc. failed to ensure employees of Cruz General Construction, LLC were protected from fall hazards, while performing decking and framing activities from the roof of a three story apartment complex.
