29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Jobsite located at or near 1220 N 30th St, Philadelphia PA, 19121 - On or about September 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure construction areas were posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards. Employees were conducting an excavation along the street and sidewalk without traffic signs, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
