29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) 3625 Powder Springs Rd SW, Powder Springs, Lot 76: On or about September 7,  2022 and times prior,  workers performing framing operations were exposed to eye injuries, in that; no eye protection was being used while operating pneumatic nail guns.    Gonzalo Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439855, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at4236 Alton St. Lot 308 Craft Farms Gulf Shores, AL 36542

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 3625 Powder Springs Rd SW, Powder Springs, Lot 76: On or about September 13, 2022, workers performing framing operations were exposed to lower level falls of up to approximately 19-feet, in that; no fall conventional protection was being used. Nor were there any alternative fall protection measures in place.  Gonzalo Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1437748, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 180 Inverness Circle Lot 319 Craft Farms, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.  Gonzalo Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439855, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 236 Alton St. Lot 308 Craft Farms, Gulf Shores, AL 36542
