Employees were not using fall protection.

At the jobsite located at 11961 S Tallgrass Dr. Overland Park, Kansas, employees engaged in residential siding activities were exposed to falls from approximately 13 feet from the roof to the ground below, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend at least 3 feet above the eave of the roof.
