29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. At temporary worksite, located at or near 3371 North State Street in Bunnell, Florida: On or about September 16, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 6 to 13-feet, in that fall protection, such as, a body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not utilized, while operating an aerial lift to finish masonry work.
