29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. Soderburg Roofing LLC dba Soderburg Roofing & Contracting at 5103 West 11th Street, Greeley, CO 80634: On September 22, 2022, and at times prior the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury in that four employees were observed conducting roofing operations on a two story home at heights over 7 feet without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed employees to head injuries and broken bones.
