29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On our about August 18, 2022 on the top of the drydock shelter, employees were installing metal frames on a roof that was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level without adequate fall protection.
