King of Prussia, PA., Roof: On or about September 8, 2022, employees sweeping the flat roof edge of a two-story commercial building were exposed to fall hazards of 25 feet to the ground. Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system were not in place to prevent falls.
