29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) Saw Room: On or prior to 9/16/22, Rockwell 4" jointer was not equipped with effective point-of-operation guarding in that it did not have an automatic guard which will cover all the section of the head on the working side of the fence or gauge. The guard did not effectively keep the operator's hand from coming in contact with the revolving knives and did not automatically adjust itself to cover the unused portion of the head.
