29 CFR  1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered.  a) Warehouse:  An employee was bulldozing double stack pallets, blocking and creating unstable and/or unsafely arranged loads that resulting in an employee  being caught in between a double stock and a single high pallet. The employees was bulldozing five double stocked pallets, on or about 9/14/22.  b) Roasting area: An employee was bulldozing double stack pallets, blocking and creating unstable and/or unsafely arranged loads that resulting in an employee  being struck by in the leg. The employees was bulldozing one double stocked pallet, on or about 9/20/22   When loads are being bulldozed, the result is a hazardous condition because they are not stable or safely arranged, if they are double stack they block the  forklift operators view.
