29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about 9/14/2022 at an apartment building rehab project located at 224 Vermont Street, Buffalo, New York; employees were using a boom lift to access work areas while installing electrical fixtures in the soffit. The employee in the lift did not have a harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
