29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) At 81 Shoefstall St., Lot 308, Savannah, GA 31407, on or about September 16, 2022, and at times prior to, the controlling employer, GMR Construction LLC, failed to ensure it's subcontractor, Fortina Hernandez Barreda, protected their employees from struck-by and fall hazards, in that employees were allowed to perform framing and decking prior to a site inspection being performed by the employer.
