On the roof of a temporary residential new construction worksite, at 1652 Fruit Cove Woods Drive, Saint Johns, FL 32259: On or about September 19, 2022, the employer exposed five employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating Metabo nail guns to nail down roof shingles.

On a 6:12 pitched roof of a temporary residential new construction worksite, at 1652 Fruit Cove Woods Drive, Saint Johns, Florida 32259: On or about September 19, 2022, the employer exposed five employees to fall hazards, in that, fall protection was not utilized by employees installing roof shingles. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls ranging from 10 feet to 21 feet 7 inches to the ground.
