29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support employees safely: On or about September 14, 2022, during the installation of balconies at the 93rd apartments located at 1866 E 93rd St, Cleveland, OH 44146, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the balconies were protected from a fall of approximately 21.3 ft by determining if the walking/working surfaces (balconies) had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely.
