29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts. A) 115 Victory Road, Springfield NJ The employer did not provide an adequate guard to prevent access to moving parts of the press machine. The open hole (nip point) on the press plate was not guarded to protect employees from serious injuries. Condition noted on /or about 9/20/22.
