29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 09/20/2022 employees at 323 Old Farms Road, Simsbury framing project were exposed to falls while engaged in framing activities without fall protection in the following locations: A) Employees were exposed to approximately 15' exterior falls while framing interior walls near unprotected window openings. Employees were not provided fall protection. B) Employees were exposed to approximately 9' interior falls through unprotected stairwell openings. Employees were not provided fall protection.
