29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):nEach employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 20, 2022 at the 42 Prospect Hill Re-Roofing Project, employees were removing existing shingles and were applying a new shingle roof system and no fall protection system was in use. United Brother's Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1409501, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Naubuc Avenue in Glastonbury, CT.
