(a) Managers office - On or about September 20, 2022 there are 2 metal filing cabinets under the managers desk that has the bottom drawer cover hanging out in the walk way exposing employees to struck on hazards.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired. (a) 11330 O'Neal Rd. Gulfport, MS. - On or about September 20, 2022 the store manager removed the drain grate cover in the employee's restroom to cover the drain in the public restroom exposing employees to trip hazards.
