29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: (a) Maintenance Yard Work Area: On or about September 20, 2022, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by injuries when utilizing a forklift to support and handle the front loader arms that were being changed out on the 2020 Auto Expediter (Front Load) waste truck. The front loader arms were not stabilized on the forklift to prevent tip over or sliding.
