29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a)Irregular Lines and Autonomous Guided Vehicle Depot: On or about September 20, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure safe clearance for AGV aisles when employees crossed through and in front of the AGVs during package operations and processing.

29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2):The wording of signs was not easily read and concise. a) Outside Irregular Package Lines and Autonomous Guided Vehicle Hazard Zone: On or about September 20, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the warning automated vehicle hazard zones signs outside of the irregular packages line did not contain wording that was large enough and easily read.
