The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  a) Exterior Front Entrance - An employee was standing in the basket of a JLG articulating boom lift, model number 600AI, serial number 0300144322, 12 feet above the ground installing framing for a light fixture in the soffit of the building's main entrance and was not wearing a body harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket, on or about 09/20/2022.  No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
