29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 12175 Albrook Dr, Denver, CO Building # 6: On August 15, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while accessing the work location in a JLG 460-SJ aerial lift without being secured to the lift.
