29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of the sign was not accurate in fact. Cultivation Room: On or about August 23, 2022, the employer did not ensure that accurate information was posted on the "No Entry" sign on the Cultivation Mother Room door. The inaccurate entry time exposed the employees to the hazard of inhaling a hazardous fungicide spray used to spray treat plants in the cultivation room.
