29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Underneath roof covering the gas pumps, north-east side, below scissor-lift: On or about 16 September, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to head injuries from falling objects in that workers were not wearing protective helmets while working below a scissor-lift being used to remove aluminum siding from the sides of an awning approximately 15ft overhead.
